Plumbing Services in Aurora & Denver
Plumbing is one of the trades that makes or breaks a remodel, and getting it wrong is expensive and hidden. BDT Construction handles the plumbing that remodeling demands across the Denver metro — fixture relocations, rough-ins, repairs, and re-pipes — done to code and coordinated with the rest of your project.
Plumbing in the Denver metro
Most of our plumbing work happens inside larger jobs: relocating a kitchen sink when we change the layout, running supply and drain lines for a new basement bathroom, moving a shower in a primary-bath remodel, or adding a wet bar. Because we coordinate the plumbing with the framing, electrical, and finishes ourselves, the lines end up where they should, the walls close up cleanly, and nothing has to be opened back up later.
Proper drainage and venting are where plumbing quietly succeeds or fails. Drains need the right slope to carry waste, and fixtures need correct venting to drain freely and keep sewer gas out of the house. We rough in to code, with the slopes, vents, and cleanouts that pass inspection and perform for the long run — not just until the drywall goes up.
On the supply side we install and reroute water lines, set fixtures and valves, connect appliances, and handle re-pipes when old galvanized or failing lines need replacing. We pressure-test before closing walls so leaks are found on our schedule, not yours.
We also tackle the plumbing repairs that come up during remodels — replacing failed shutoffs, fixing leaks, upgrading old fittings, and bringing existing work up to code when we open a wall and find something that shouldn't be there. Doing it right while the wall is open saves you a callout later.
Everything is permitted and inspected where required. Plumbing is one of the systems jurisdictions watch closely because mistakes cause water damage and health hazards, so we build it to pass and to last. You get plumbing that's integrated into your remodel by the same contractor responsible for the whole result.

Plumbing FAQ
Straight answers to what Denver-metro homeowners ask us about this service.
Can you move plumbing for my kitchen or bathroom remodel?
Yes. Relocating sinks, showers, tubs, and toilets is a core part of our remodel plumbing. We reroute drain, vent, and supply lines to your new layout, rough in to code, pressure-test before closing walls, and get it inspected — all coordinated with the rest of the build.
Do you add plumbing for a new basement bathroom?
We do. Adding a basement bath involves drain and supply rough-in, proper venting, and an ejector pump when the drain sits below the sewer line. We handle the full scope, permitted and inspected, so the new bathroom drains and performs correctly.
Is your plumbing work permitted and inspected?
Yes. Plumbing changes in Denver-metro jurisdictions require permits and inspections because faulty work causes water damage and health hazards. We rough in to code, pressure-test, and schedule inspections so the work is approved before walls are closed.
